Finally...
Congratulations on doing a good job, and being appreciated by your clients. In Florida, it's too bad they want everyone to work as a Transaction Broker (similar to the old "dual agency" which is now illegal here). Many brokerages highly discourage single agency. My own brokerage only puts the Transaction Brokerage document in our listing packets now. If I want a single agency form, I have to login to FAR and download one.
Glad to see you using the blog for testimonials. It's a great use and I'm glad to see you are doing well.
I'm going to have to start doing this on my blog w/my past clients (when I come up for air).... Say "cheese" to them next time though... They need to smile!
