Congratulations on doing a good job, and being appreciated by your clients. In Florida, it's too bad they want everyone to work as a Transaction Broker (similar to the old "dual agency" which is now illegal here). Many brokerages highly discourage single agency. My own brokerage only puts the Transaction Brokerage document in our listing packets now. If I want a single agency form, I have to login to FAR and download one.
