Here is a nice clip from CNN that covers the many conflicts of interest that can exist if you don't make sure the agent you hire will work only for you.
Makes lots of sense to have someone in your corner at all times; takes any guess work away. I was going to look you up just a bit ago when I was there, but will have the chance again shortly. I definitely think there are a lot of pluses to working with an Exclusive buyers agent.

Ben, Sometimes when you are looking the best interests of your buyers or sellers and you are very honest they think that you are saying liars to them and when some other agents tell liars to to these buyers and sellers agree with these ones because that's what they wanted to hear, it's difficult on this market to deal because you don't know what to expect from buyers or sellers and sometimes I think that You need to tell them what they want to hear, it's sad but true, if not you loose them as clients.
